A Day at the Pier

So even though I didn’t accept my neighbor’s proposal to be my Egg Daddy, we still hang pretty tight!  Today he helped me out at the Pier giving out balloons while I served up cotton candy.

When we were getting close to closing up for the day, we got hit with five little cuties! Well..I thought five? It looks like one got away. I wonder where he went?  And where did these flying hamburgers come from? What the what?

I hope we find that kid…

The Countdown Begins…

Resting in my room, I could hear the oohs and aahs as the first few drops began to fall. Then .. it fell even more. When I got up to see where she was, my inner child was back at the window, looking at the sky in amazement and wonder.  The first drops of snow had fallen and for her, that meant it was the beginning of the countdown to Christmas.

She’s still waiting for Santa to arrive and her favorite penguin was right by her side to help her wait.

Working Through It
