Re-entry in 3, 2, 1 …

After centuries of searching, I found nothing as habitable as my home planet, which is slowly dying.  The authorities don’t know of this new technology we’re using and though I should have received authorization for this trip, I had to go unsanctioned to ensure that my findings would guarantee our survival in case we must flee.

With this new orb and our sphere,  I should be able to slip back into our atmosphere without detection and safely place the new technology into our infrastructure before anyone catches on.

Becoming Jillian Frost

Today is my first day of trying to begin Winter on my own. Papa, for whom I was named, trained me and watched me try to summon winter for years and now that I’m of age, my training is complete.  When he is ready I will take his place. But my final test before officially becoming his assistant is this morning.  He has tasked me with adding frost to our home and I think I’ve done well so far.
