Man…I thought this internship would be cake with the North Pole having this magical mystique to it.  But nope!  You work like your life depends on it here!  I’m in pain, struggling to get this box from the workshop to the sleigh and bossman is just cold chillin’!

He’s just sitting over there reading his list, checking it twice, sipping on cocoa…oh it must be nice!  But dude…this box is heavy and is getting heavier!  A little help, boss, please? PLEASE?!? *pants and wheezes trying to carry this thing to load into the sleigh*

The Countdown Begins…

Resting in my room, I could hear the oohs and aahs as the first few drops began to fall. Then .. it fell even more. When I got up to see where she was, my inner child was back at the window, looking at the sky in amazement and wonder.  The first drops of snow had fallen and for her, that meant it was the beginning of the countdown to Christmas.

She’s still waiting for Santa to arrive and her favorite penguin was right by her side to help her wait.
